What is a Teaser?

A teaser is a 2–10 page document designed to generate buyer and investor interest without revealing confidential information. It highlights key investment merits.

Information Memorandum (IM)

A comprehensive document (20–50 pages) shared with qualified buyers and investors under NDA. It provides detailed information about your business to support buyer decision-making.

  2. Business overview — history, operations, organisational structure.
